This is a 12 month position, fifteen (15) hours per week during regular office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:15-4:30. Can negotiate schedule.

Purpose of Position

To provide professional administrative support to as well as manage the Office of Parents Attending College.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide assistance to the department head and responsible for maintaining department records, coordinate calendars, and provide assistance to departmental staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma plus four years of related experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered. The employee must be a self-starter and be able to handle numerous tasks at one time. The person must have excellent oral and written communications skills, demonstrate mature judgment, accountability, initiative, and be able to work well with others. The person must have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability and willingness to learn other computer applications (Outlook, SAP, budgeting software, and others as needed).
