Job Description

To assist Faculty and Staff in the office of the Department of Counseling Social Work and Leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

- Assist with answering phones, checking and responding to email.
- Greet office visitors and direct them to the proper individuals.
- Create PowerPoint presentations.
- Create flyers and assist with special projects as needed.
- Other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
- Assist with updating Blackboard courses.
- Assisting with filing documents.


- Experience in an office environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Flexible schedule.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work 15 – 20 hours per week.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented.

Minimum Education High School Diploma
Pay Rate $7.75/hr
