Job Description

Student employment.

Primary Responsibilities

Knowledge of Intramural rules, regulations, and procedures.

Student supervisors should make a note of any broken or malfunctioning equipment; any lights that may be out; anything that is out of place; and potential risk management factors.

Coordinate facility set-ups for recreation activities, special events and other departmental events as needed.

Assist with the opening and closing of the facility.

Resolve patron conflicts. Be prepared to take on special assignments as given to you by the professional staff.

Make sure of risk management issues.

Supervise participants, spectators and officials. Check out and maintain equipment. Attend to participant, spectator and official injuries. Assist with captains’ meetings and officials’ clinics. Maintain outdoor intramural facilities.
